What you're buying

Every Holoprint is an original scene generated for your card, then printed (or delivered as a digital file) just for you. You see a watermarked preview of your exact artwork before you pay. Because the artwork is AI-generated, results vary, and no two are the same.

Made to order: no refunds for change of mind

Your artwork and print are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused, so we can't offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind or decide you don't like the result after seeing the preview. Please check your preview carefully before ordering.

If you're not happy with how your world turned out, contact us within 14 days of your order and we'll offer a voucher toward a new generation. This is a goodwill gesture, not a refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

This doesn't limit your rights. If your print arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't the item you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer where possible. You don't need to send the item back.

If a package is lost in transit, or never arrives, tell us and we will reprint it or refund you.

Digital files (Essential)

The digital file is emailed to you as a download link once your payment is confirmed. Because it is delivered immediately and can't be returned, digital purchases are not refundable. If the link doesn't work or the file is corrupted, we will resend it or refund you.

Shipping

Prints are produced and shipped by our print partner after you order. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier; any dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, since we can't redirect a print once it has been produced. Customs duties, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility.

Your photo and your artwork

• You confirm you have the right to use the photo you upload, and that it doesn't contain anything unlawful.
• Trading cards, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Holoprint is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card publisher.
• You may use your artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can't resell it or use it commercially without our written permission.
• We may use your artwork on our social channels only if you opted in at checkout.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown at checkout and charged through Shopify. We may cancel and refund an order we can't fulfil, for example because of a printing or availability problem.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order.
