Privacy Policy

Holoprint turns a photo of your trading card into a custom print. This page explains what we collect to do that, who handles it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: info@holoprint.art.

What we collect

• Your card photo. Used only to create your preview. It is kept in our server's memory for up to 2 hours and then deleted.
• The generated artwork and watermarked preview. Stored so you can return to your preview, receive your order, and so we can support it afterwards.
• Your email address and the card name, when you request your preview.
• Order details (name, shipping address, email, payment status) for purchases. Payments are handled by Shopify; we never see your card number.

Who processes it for us

We share data only with the services needed to run Holoprint:

• OpenAI and Replicate: your photo is sent to analyze the card and generate the artwork.
• Cloudflare (storage), Vercel and Railway (hosting).
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Shopify: checkout, payments and order management.
• Gelato: prints and ships physical orders, so it receives your artwork and shipping address.
• Google Drive: an internal archive of generated artwork and its metadata (not your photo or email).

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.

Emails

We always email your preview link when you ask for it, and order emails when you buy. We send reminders and offers only if you tick the box asking for them. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Social media

We feature your artwork on Holoprint's social channels only if you opt in at checkout. If you opted in and change your mind, email us and we will take it down.

How long we keep things

Card photos: up to 2 hours. Artwork, previews and order records: as long as needed to fulfil and support your order, and for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your artwork and email address at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. California and other US state residents have these rights by law, and we will honor them wherever you live. Email info@holoprint.art and we will respond within 45 days.

Children

Holoprint is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
